Carmen Pearson

Carmen is proud to say she was born and raised in Alberta! She grew up in Lloydminster with many interests like Ringette and Softball, art, and was a very aspiring student in school. Carmen has cherished a lifetime of deep-rooted family connections with many visits to Saskatchewan to see grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. They loved spending time camping in the summers, mainly trying new campsites all over western Canada. For the last 29 years, Carmen has called Northern Alberta home and raised her 3 amazing kids in Slave Lake. She is a proud mom who spent many hours at the rink and pool supporting her kids and their activities. She now enjoys watching their adventures becoming awesome adults. She is also a new Grandma and is in awe of her beautiful Granddaughter, Elsie.

Carmen thinks family activities and time spent with them are the best! Just sitting around a fire, spending time at the beach or out on the lake, and winter ski trips to the mountains have been the backdrop for some amazing memories made! Carmen loves to bake, and cooking with her partner and other hobbies like scrapbooking, crocheting, and acrylic painting are just a few of her downtime activities.

She has been involved in the Arts & Music in Slave Lake with Stage North Association. She enjoys practicing yoga and is an RT200 teacher. If she can get out cross country skiing or even a hike with her dog Olive… she is a happy camper!

A strong background in marketing and public relations has led Carmen to owning a Business Advertising Shop and a Scrapbook Store. When she took a part-time job in administration at Re/Max Slave Lake, her passion for real estate was found. She became licensed in 2016 and began her career in Residential and Agricultural real estate serving the Lesser Slave Lake region.

Carmen’s many connections for almost 30 years in the area have been a valuable tool in serving clients. She knows the importance of working cohesively with other agents and professionals in the area, and maintaining these relationships is key.

Understanding her clients' real estate needs is crucial for Carmen. She finds great satisfaction in not just showcasing homes or handling listings but in building lasting relationships. Carmen believes in providing quality care and service throughout the entire real estate process, from start to finish. Her role as an agent involves supporting clients through the ups and downs, fostering connections that go beyond transactions. The highlight of Carmen's career is having repeat clients who reach out for advice or refer friends, showcasing the trust she has built in the real estate community.

With growth comes change, and Carmen has been fortunate to have an opportunity to expand her service with Seller Direct Northern Homes Realty into the Lac La Biche area. The beauty of Northern Alberta lakes shines strong in this region and combined with serving Lesser Slave Lake, Carmen knows she can offer a valuable service to both buyers and sellers alike.

By bridging the gap to many of these lake country communities and properties, clients will have a comprehensive source of inventory. She is excited to become part of the Seller Direct Team!
