Following graduating high school, she moved to Edmonton, Alberta for a while where she obtained a business diploma at NAIT.  It wasn't long before the entrepreneurial spirit that was ingrained in her took over and she decided to open her first business at the tender age of 21 - a small bakery and deli/Café that she operated for 3 years.  Modelling the example that her parents set for her as a child, she quickly realized that buying real estate was a good investment and she followed in their footsteps with a couple properties of her own.

She watched her father develop land when she was a child and so decided to purchase and flip a few properties of her own over the years while working in the finance department at Alberta-Pacific Forest Industries.  After spending 15 years in the finance industry, she decided to pursue a career change into real estate so that she had the flexibility that allowed her to raise a family.  She obtained her real estate license in 2011 and has never looked back, thoroughly enjoying what she does to help clients buy and sell properties.

Tracy’s husband works in the oil and gas sector in Fort McMurray and they enjoy quadding in the sand hills, boating, wake surfing and jamming around the firepit with their two sons. Her other interests include cooking, raising chickens, playing and coaching volleyball, moving furniture around the house and playing music in an all-girl country/folk rock band called Girlz with Guitarz.
